Hello. All 18 of my hop plants are between 1" and 8" as of March 24, 2017. Should they all be cut back? If so, when? If not, do I simply wait for the 6 most aggressive vines to take shape and cut the rest back? Please help. Thank you.

That is my current practice and it works well. I want to install one in the counter top so that I don't have to keep switching from hoses to washer on the faucet. I also just realized the glass washers wont work with corney kegs. I'll keep searching for solutions. thank you.
I am designing a sink area and want to incorporate a surface mounted glass rinser into the stainless steel sink surface. I want this to rinse glass carboys as well as corny kegs. Can someone suggest a product that can be surface mounted and has good pressure/spray for carboys and the corny kegs?

Is there a method, other than looking at pictures, of identifying what type of hops I have growing? I was given a rhizome with no real identification. We think it is cascade but are not certain.
Thank you so much for the replies. Unfortunately I bottled 5 gallons of it and have the other five in a Cornelius keg. Both are currently chilling. It is clear as a bell and I will drink it. Live and learn for next time.
I'm resigned to the fact that my first lager finished with a diacetyl flavor due to the lack of a rest during fermentation. Is there any chance it can be heated to a certain temp and be boiled off?
