A Good All Around Belgian Yeast?

    What are you fermenting in?

So what happens if i just force carb right on top of this? Do i end up with a little yeast in each glass or does it floc out hard enough that i can draw my beer clear

4 batches will not carbonate..... Any ideas why?

I've got to go with the temp also. Ive got an electric heater about 8' from my beer closet keeping 'em at a steady *72 and i'm chillin' them in 3 weeks and drinkin' 'em in 4
