Thanks to all for the responses, I forgot to mention I do 5 gallon batches with partial mashing. Looking to go all grain and get to 10 gallons. 5 gallons tends to go quick with handing beer out to friends. On propane I was going to convert to natural gas but I got the electric bug now.
