    Brun Water Sparge Acidification problem

Martin, Well, I spoke too soon. The simplest explanation is usually right. I retested and realized the first two times I placed the pipette into the acid solution and then put it down in the water and stirred with it. New to brew from Bakersfield CA!

Researched for a couple months then jumped right in to AG. Scary, but extremely fun. Does anyone have suggestions on a good AG to brew? First batch was Nut Brown Ale, it is bottled right now. Just brewed an American Wheat last Sunday.
