I have, but again, personal preference. I wasn't blown away by it, or thought it made the beer taste even marginally better. I look at it like this: putting nitro in a well crafted RIS is like putting steak sauce on Kobe or Angus steak.

I guess it depends on your personal preference and what you're going after. There is plenty of aroma and flavor already in many RIS, so I have never said, "that would be better if it was on nitro".
