Its a brewery from brooklyn park MN (10min from my house) there IPA (furious) is unbelievable with its strong hop flavor and a twist of citrus to it! really good if your into IPA's! Check em out! its probably surlybeer.com??????????

what exactly is green flavors? i know when you dont age long enough people use the term green flavor in the beer but where did this term come from and why is it called green?

OK, here is me situation!
my beer (IPA) has spent 6 days in primary and 10 days in the secondary. i tasted it today after having same gravity reading for 3 days. tasted good but is still a little cloudy!
can i cold crash it to clear it a little more and then keg?
or should i leave it...
