Yeah definitely, I primarily do extract brews from NB....just ordered a partial mash that I plan on doing soon. What kind of setup do u have?

Okay great, thanks for the advice! I think ill try it with no dry hopping. What's the best way to store hops, freezer?

Still new to brewing here and planning on doing a honey brown ale this weekend (extract kit) and was wondering if doing cascade hops in the secondary would be a good idea or not? Or if there are any other additional flavors anyone could recommend that would be great. Thanks! Happy brewing!

Hello all, I am a fairly new brewer in Indian Head, MD. Been brewing almost a year now and really starting to get into it. I've done 4 batches of beer, North Rim Wheat, Belgian Abby Ale, Pumpkin Spice and just racked a Witbier. Looking for other brewers in Southern MD area to get together with.

I am down in Indian Head, MD...about an hour or so from annapolis. I am also a pretty new brewer, coming up on one year.
