    no boil, if you want to take an extra step to pasturize you could step up to 165 degrees. Finished product.

    I watched few videos reviewing the finished product. All said it was drinkable but a little thin on the mouth. I decided to purchase the Citra Session Kit and decided to do an experiment with the kit. Took 1 gallon of the 5 gallons needed for this kit and used that to mash 1 lbs of crushed...

    Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

    First one was a gift from my in-laws. The bottom is a removable rubber stop & 12 oz. The second is a tall 20 oz. glass that was also a gift. Unfortunately I don't know where either were purchased from but they were free!:mug: Beer was made BIAB, BTW!

    Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

    Brewed the original recipe and used 34/70 fermented at 62-65 degrees for 10 days. It was crisp and refreshing. Early tasting had a noticeable corn flavor that mellowed a week later. Here are a couple of picture from 10 days after kegging to 20 days. Cleared up even more days later.
