Just got my first keg. Do I need to use beer line cleaner or is the cleaner I use to clean my other equipment fine? Chlorine based cleaner (pink powder).

I brewed a 5 gal batch w a og of1.060 on Saturday the 10th. I used a dry yeast and just sprinkled it on. It took 48 hours to show any signs of life bubbling and krausen. A day later bubbling has stopped but krausen is still there. Do I leave it for a few days or should I start checking...
I just brewed my first extract kit. After the first 12 hours I had lots of bubbling in the air lock and lots of krausen. On day three the bubbling has all but stopped and krausen dropped. Any tips.
