    secondary in 5 gal carboy

I enjoy making one gallon batches of brew. Will I disturb the process by transferring gallon batches to a 5 gal carboy for secondary fermentation?

    Pitching Yeast

I made a mistake and added to much than recommend into my fermentation. I was doing a Belgian Tripel it called for 1 teaspoon and I added the packet, which was about a 1 tablespoon..its been going crazy which I have taken care of but it is a very nasty color. Is it going to be ok?

    Bottling screw up

I'm doing my very first batch of American IPA and did everything great but screwed up and put it in the fridge for about 18 hours right after bottling. Its out and in a dark place at about 70 degrees..Do I still have a chance at a decent brew or is it shot? Thanks
