I made a mistake and added to much than recommend into my fermentation. I was doing a Belgian Tripel it called for 1 teaspoon and I added the packet, which was about a 1 tablespoon..its been going crazy which I have taken care of but it is a very nasty color. Is it going to be ok?
I was doing a 1 gallon Belgian Tripel...everything went great until I realized I put to much yeast in the fermenter. Its going pretty crazy and is a very nasty color..will it be ok?
I'm doing my very first batch of American IPA and did everything great but screwed up and put it in the fridge for about 18 hours right after bottling. Its out and in a dark place at about 70 degrees..Do I still have a chance at a decent brew or is it shot?
Thanks
