I meant removing the gas after pressure is achieved to prime and store not to pour. That can be done correct? Pump in some co2 and set aside until its time to drink or does the pressure have to always be there? Also thanks for the tip on different pouring pressures, i think i might go...

I second the request. Also anyone partial to the tower or straight through the door of a larger model? Dumb question but where a unit through the door is easily accessable (had one in college), is it painful at all to access, clean, replace hoses running up through a tower?
