I like the Juniper Pale Ale it is definatley another really solid Rogue brew, I haven't had the Chipolte Ale yet I plan on trying it if I can find it, I'm not so sure about a spicy beer, even though I love spicy food.
The left one is the clone because it seems to look a slightly darker than the one on the right which looks exactly like blue moon, but it could just be the way the lighting is, either way it looks tasty!
Yeah like everyone else said add the Irish moss during the boil and it will help clarify your beer, I don't think putting in your secondary will really do anything.

If you're into wheat beers make an hefeweizen like bradsul recommended they are pretty easy to make, or if you are into hoppier beers brew a pale ale they are pretty easy to make and always hit the spot year round.
