Pick the Blue Moon clone- hah

The left one is the clone because it seems to look a slightly darker than the one on the right which looks exactly like blue moon, but it could just be the way the lighting is, either way it looks tasty!

    Irish Moss

Yeah like everyone else said add the Irish moss during the boil and it will help clarify your beer, I don't think putting in your secondary will really do anything.

    Hello from Kansas!

Congrats on getting into a fascinating hobby. If you're into wheat beers make an hefeweizen like bradsul recommended they are pretty easy to make, or if you are into hoppier beers brew a pale ale they are pretty easy to make and always hit the spot year round.

    10 Strangest Beers

"Even kids cannot stand life unless they have a drink," reads the product's advertising slogan. Thats hillarious! If they tried to market even non-alcoholic beer to kids here in the U.S all hell would break lose.

    Hop preference poll

I have never used anything but whole hops and I don't think would ever use anything else. There is nothing like pulling one out and snacking on it while you are brewing.:mug: My favorite if I had to choose one would probably Cascade , but I have never found a hop that I didn't like!
