We've got an event coming up here in October called the Swine & Stein... It's local beers and local restaurants coming together to showcase their beers and pork dishes. I figured this recipe would be great to mimic that smokey flavor from good quality bacon. I manage a homebrew supply store and...
That handle still available? Our Brew Club is called the Bare Knuckle Brewers and I'd love it! I manage a homebrew supply store and could even work out a trade for brewing supplies if you'd like.
Hey Flux will you take $70 for the keggle? I'm in Maine with family down in MA and can come down your way the beginning of next week. Send me a PM with your info if it's a deal. Thanks.
I'm about a half hour from you in Farmingdale. I'd be interested in one. Maybe we can work a trade of some sort if you're still into brewing or wine making. I manage a home brew supply shop.

Hi, I manage a homebrew shop in Maine and I have someone looking to have a Brutus 10 system made. Is there anyone willing to put one together and if so, how much? Thanks.
Single vessel BIAB, propane fired, but I wanted the ability to set the temps and have it come on and off as necessary. I don't know, maybe I'm just over complicating a simple process.
So I have a legally obtained 15.5 gallon keg that will be converted to a keggle and I'm wondering what parts I'd need to build a control box to regulate my temp using a propane burner. I've seen info about solenoids and what not, but I'd like advice so as to NOT blow myself up. Thanks.
A friends birthday is coming up and I'd like to brew this for him, so could someone with more experience than myself help with converting this all grain recipe from BYO into extract w/ grains?
