Ive seen people use stainless 5 gal ball/pin lock kegs with some type of pressure relief valve system on them as fermentors. closed system fermentation i think its called. most people can get their arm all the way in those, but not everyone. plus with those light isnt an issue.
I haven't posted anything in a long time and I don't
feel like working on these stupid floor plans right now

Its an Oktoberfest/Marzen, fermenting at 54 deg. in my garage fridge.

Thanks, the best part was the feedback from judges. I didn't place with my IPA. The judges said it tasted "past its prime" but it was only in the bottle for a few weeks. Any clue what that means?

It feels great! You gotta try this! It's like a drug....(peer pressure).
It was the HogTown Brew-Off in Gainesville, FL.
Just wanted to brag. Thanks...
2 banjo bg14 burners. and thanks, its been a fun project. next goal is to get the digital temp control done. gas solenoid valves, temp probes, thermowells, love controllers, all that stuff that i currently know NOTHING about...
put each bottle in a freezer sized ziplock before you wrap each one individually in bubble wrap, and tape them up. the ziplock bag with the zipper thingy, not the pinch to close ones.

yeah I guess that would be the best bet, but too much work for 1 or 2 beers at best. how about pushing it through with starsan solution? or an air compressor?
