    Just short of a 5 gallon batch

    The OG was 1.055 and supposed to be 1.049. After reading a few similar threads, I will probably just leave it and hope for a slightly stronger beer. Thanks for the timely responses, guys!

    Just short of a 5 gallon batch

    I boiled about 7 gallons last night and left to sit over night so it would be nice and distilled this morning. After adding extracts and boiling, I only had about 4 gallons in the fermenter. Should I boil more water and add to the fermenter or just leave it?? Thanks!
