    Anyone wanna share a 1 gallon blueberry mead recipe?

    Here a 3 gallon one I used this year. Currently bulk aging. I just used regular water though. I used lemon zest in the secondary (brings out the blueberry flavor). I also skipped the acid Blend.

    I found an American Wheat recipe that calls for 90 minutes, does that make sense? 20% of the grain bill is Pilsner.

    I am seeing some recipes that call for 90 minute boils. Some you don't add hops until the wort has boiled for 30 minutes. What is the reason for a 90 minute boil?

    been brewing extract for years, today was my first attempt. Temperature was at 165 for 30 mins, I added some cool water and got it down than to 155 mashed for an hour. am I still good?

    Blueberry Wheat Beer Process Question

    I add 3 lbs of frozen blueberries in the primary after fermentation as stopped. No blending, heating, washing, vodka or secondary. It always comes out great!!
