been brewing extract for years, today was my first attempt. Temperature was at 165 for 30 mins, I added some cool water and got it down than to 155 mashed for an hour.

am I still good?
 
Alpha amalyse can work at temps up to 167f. Your beer won't be a very "dry" beer in the end but you should end up with something to drink. Lower temps=more ferment ability / thinner body. Higher mash temps = more body / less ferment ability.
