I am currently toasting Pale Ale malt for Palilalia India Pale Ale, from the Joy of Homebrewing.

I brewed my first batch yesterday as well. I'm looking at the airlock bubble right now. It feels great. I'm already planning my next batch.

The diehard Buffalo Bills fan in me refuses to say hi, but the beginning home brewer in me says nice to meet you!

http://www.ehow.com/print/how_5098353_make-wort-chiller.html This is the site I used. I didn't use the garden hose, instead I bought 10 ft of a clear plastic tubing instead that was recommended to me. I used the wort chiller this afternoon when I brewed my first batch, and it worked awesome.

I built one myself actually last night purchasing everything I needed at Home Depot. I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Yeah, Niagara Tradition is a great store. The guys in there couldn't be more helpful or nicer. I got a Homebrewing kit there, I can't wait to start. I have a feeling I'll eventually know those guys pretty well.
