The only thing I did different was bump up the grains to full pounds, so I didn;t waste anything, didn't figure this would bump it up 20 full points and on a side note, this is the first big beer I have done, and at 1.091 it ended up on my ceiling and walls, fun day after a 10 hour shift coming...
