Another thing to check- I've replaced two lids on my kegs because the safety/pop-off was leaking gas. Do you have new o-rings on everything (posts, popits,lids, etc.?) hope you figure it out soon. Blanchard

I can't seem to find a consensus answer to my newbie question concerning this recipe. I'll be making this with DME and steeping grains. Do I boil the DME for the full 60 minutes, or is there a better approach? Thanks for the help. Blanchard
