Hello,
If you have the capability to pressure ferment, would there ever be a reason to do a standard lager with dropping the temp down and doing a typical lager fermentation?
Seems like pressure fermenting can be done ALOT quicker and without the hassle of worrying about keeping the beer cold...
Hello, just wanted to share a video that I was working on. Been working great! Its a DIY system to monitor keg volume, pours, and you can setup alerts!
Hello,
I was looking at some ways to measure gravity during fermentation, I see there are a TON of floating hydrometer options out there now, most prominent is the TILT hydrometer.
I also see there are airlocks that measure (bubbles per minute) and correlate that to a OG reading, most...
Thanks all for the comments, really appropriate it. Based on the information in the thread I did more research in addition. Ill be making some changes.

My expected mash efficiency is always 70%, do you believe that is unreasonable for my equipment?
pump to recirculate mash/contoller to hold temp/mashout/pH measured?
Also thanks for the message, ill check this out.

I finished a brew day like normal, pitched my yeast starter, and waited. Typically - my fermentation starts within hours but this time it appeared to not do anything. I checked the next day... Still...
It seems like for the past few years I never hit my gravity, I have been making adjustments to my brewday that help with "improving" gravity and I never seem to hit it. So im reaching out to you all for help! Ill lay out what a typical brew day is for me and please let me know where I am...
