The head Brewer from Magic Hat emailed me back and shared the recipe with me. He was really cool. I'll share it with you all once I get to a PC and can copy and paste it. I've also moved to all grain now, so thank you for the conversion ideas, but I'm excited to follow the recipe as it's written.

Anyone have a clone recipe for Magic Hat's Starlit Anise Porter? I can't find it anywhere online. I tried to email the brewery and ask for it, but haven't heard back. Partial mash would be great, but I can adapt it from all grain.

My dad and I are going to try our first partial mash tomorrow. We want to make a nutty brown ale with a real good nut flavor, maybe even some hazelnut if possible. I have no idea where to even start looking for a GOOD recipe. Lots come up on google, but how do I know what's a good one? I'm so...
