    Will I ruin my Cider?

Even if you do ruin it,( which I doubt will happen because of all these wonderfully knowledgable and beautiful contributors who frequent this forum, ) I will still drink it. And being that it is of your creation you will probably love it and drink it to if you're anything like me. I've made some...

    BlackBerry cider?

Taste it, and then follow your gut. What I do when I'm making new recipes (which is basically all the time ) is rack from my primary 6.5 gal carboys into 1 gal jugs and then I add varying amounts of hops / spices and leave one gallon untouched, that way I have a control. in most every case I...

Sweet. I'm looking to build a tiny brew set up.. I already have a 10 gallon set up that works great, but I want to build something tiny to make like half gallon batches or less, the smaller the better! Thinking of using a 1 gallon water jug as a mash tun.. Or maybe something like a big insulated...

    Scrapple

Scrapple is a 14 point word in scrabble. Unless of course you are playing on a point multiplier.. It would be great to add the SCR- to apple or the -PLE to scrap lol.

Stuck fermentation or is my batch crap

That is the strangest hydrometer I have ever seen. Also, have you tasted it? I would say since you are taking the hippy approach to wine (which I usually do too when I make wine *rarely*) just let it go, if it tastes ok bottle it and drink it... If not.. Roll another one of them hippy cigarettes...
