I don't mind bottling ... very cathartic. Keeps me from playing kill the keg too.

Not that it gets super cold out here in B.C., but I have one of those erect-a-tent canopies with walls to keep the wind and rain out. I use my propane blast heater while I am sparging into my kettle and then my banjo cooker keeps me warm during the boil. It actually kinda nice watching it snow...

Sure does smell like poo doesn't it? I usually dig a hole in the corner on my yard and bury it. I let that sit for 9 months to a year and then move it to the compost. Works great. No stinkies.

Great story and great job! Due to some health concerns about 3-4 years ago, I made a shift in lifestyle. Went hardcore vegetarian, and run 20 miles a week. Huge difference. Still drink like a fish though.

Tomorrow is pilsner urquel clone day followed by a mighty dark ale. After that its lagering season!
