A friend who owns a brewery gave me a bag of grain he accidentally mixed together. It is 14 pounds of Munich and 3 pounds of aromatic malt, my original idea was to do a 90 minute boil with 4 2oz saaz additions since I have a bunch I need to use up. Any thoughts or input?

I remember when they started brewing that crap. I lived by the former rolling rock brewery where it was made. The crap the put down the drain killed all the good bacteria in the treatment plant and caused Latrobe to smell like a third world country for an entire summer.
