The catalyst fermentation system and a couple of mini big mouth bubblers and also a 1 gallon aging cask soaked in the kraken black rum. That's been aging with a vanilla honey dirty blonde bitch ale for about a month now. It'll be done as soon as I get back from Turkey right around Thanksgiving.
I am doing a 1 gallon batch to experiment on a rum barrel... during boil I followed my normal procedure, however I started with 1.5 gal but I ended with 1/4 gallon. This has never happened before and I kept the temperature right around 215f. Any thoughts from all of the pros out there?
Living in vab by little check. Brewing up a storm. Working on my technique, and pliny clones. Trying to get hazy-ness down.
Brewing is too much fun. I'm going to get it though. Look out Sam, Jim and Russian River... I'm coming for you
