I am going to grow some corn to make a Yuengling style lager. I was wandering what all I have to do to prepare my corn after harvest. As far as drying, grinding, or anything else I need to do to make raw corn ready to brew. Thanks Ben

    kegging

This may be a dumb quesion, but I've only had my lunch break to research, and i've found a deal on somethings, but does a sankey tap fit on a corney keg without much trouble or is it just two totally different fittings? I've been thinking about getting into kegging Thanks, Ben

    bottling a lager

I am bottling my first lager soon. I've lagered at 55F for 1 month then at 35F for one month. When I go to bottle condition do I need to do that at room temp or keep it cold. Will the yeast still work enough at that cold temp to ferment for carbonation? Thanks, Ben

    lagering

If you are going to lager for 60 days or so will there still be enough yeast left to bottle condition? May be a silly question, but I'd hate to wait that long then not be able to carbonate?

    corn

Is there a preffered corn to grow for beer making? Just curious I was thinking about growing extra next year, and also growing barley and malting it just for fun. I have about 3 acres to fool around with for beer. Thanks, Ben
