i saw a youtube video where a guy fermented 1 gallon of apple juice. then he racked it and added apple juice concentrate to sweeten, carbonate, and give flavor.

i would like to make apple beer. i'm going to use a "no boil" kit. if i use 5 gallons of apple juice instead of water, would the beer still taste like apples? or, would the yeast consume all of the sweetness? i would like it to taste like apples and beer.
