My pass three batches have been flat. I am using C-brite as a cleaner and Cooper drops for priming. I can not firgure out what I am doing wrong.
I am triple rinsing my bottles to make sure they don't have any C-brite in them. I am wondering if it is the Cooper drops?

The bottles are brand new. The washers are the one's that came with them. My local brew store said they should not be the problem. They were at a lost at why they were flat.
Can i carb them some how? I hate to lose all that beer:(
My one liter bottles are flat again. The last batch i let carb for a week, they were flat. This batch I let carb and age at 60 degrees for 8 weeks and then one week at 35 degrees. They are flat also.

How long can you age before the beer starts to go bad? I have been brewing for camping trips this summer and I was wondering how long can I age the beer. I am brewing Cooper's Pislner with two pounds of lite malt.
My first brew was with a MR. Beer kit. I used straight cane sugar dumped in the bottle to carbonate. It worked fine.
My local brew shop suggested Cooper's drops for my next batch. I upgraded to a 6.5 gallon carboly. It worked good on the 12 oz bottles but failed in one liter bottles...
