So I was going to spray my Chili Peppers with Starsan before I put them in the secondary, but I forgot. The Chili Peppers are the ones just lying in piles at a fruit stand. How screwed am I? Cheers!
Thanks for the quick reply @joe four strings. For future brews if I were to ferment in an ale pail and wanted to dry hop should I dry hop in the ale pale or move it to a secondary carboy and dry hop it there?
So I brewed a 10gal batch of an American Wheat Ale. I put 6gal in a carboy and pitched 1 & 1/5 pack of Safale S-04 dry yeast in it with a 3pc air lock. I put the other 4 gallons in an Ale Pail and pitched the rest of the 2nd pack of yeast (4/5 pack of Safale S-04) and used a 1pc air lock. 2 days...
