    3-4 oz dry weight or liquid (after desolving)? ..and is Maltodextrin same as Corn Starch? Thanks!

    I made a traditional hefenweizen that ended up way to thin... I was wondering if there was a way to thicken up the beer or am I screwed now that it's already primed in a keg? (I was thinking of steeping some oats, but not sure that would screw with the taste or even do anything for that matter!)...

    WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast

    Lewy, I think you meant 68 ambient (not 86)... Anyhow, yeah both US-05 and WLP090 were active for about a 6-7 days... US-05 started about 4 hours earlier (no starter) then 090 but the 090 ended up much clearer! 05 on left 090 on right (Sorry about the sideways pic and size!)

    After coming up on some Unistrut, I decided I should put it to good use. Anyways, simple design... 6'x2'x2' on casters, 2 SQ14 burners, fireboard table in the middle for my MT (which can be removed to add another burner in the future.), a March pump with SS Cam Locks on my hoses...
