    Mulberry Wheat?

I recently harvested nearly 2 pounds of mulberries from my back yard. I was planning on putting the mulberries (not sure how much yet) into the secondary. It might be better to look at some raspberry wheat recipes, as that's a more comparable fruit than cherries. Did you end up brewing...

    Inventory List to Keg

yeah, get a kit that's already put together for you. when it's time to rack from secondary, just condition the keg as if it's a giant bottle. wait 2-3 weeks just like for bottled beer, hook up your co2, and enjoy. nothing to worry about, after you get comfortable with the keg it won't be so...

    Got Slugs?!

I used to go out in to my garden at night with a headlamp, chopsticks, and a glass of cheap beer. Any of those little bastards near my veggies, well, you get the picture.

    Got Slugs?!

I didn't know you had slugs that big up in northern Ohio. You could get a chicken, they easily will take care of your slug problem.

    Safeale S-04 yeast

I didn't take an OG reading, but I'm guessing it was between 1.060 and 1.070. I used the S-04 yeast, it didn't do anything for 72 hours. When fermentation finally started it was pretty aggressive and lasted....I'd say just over 36 hours. I thought the FVs got too cold, so I tried warming up...

    fuel alcohol producer permit

Here's a good place to purchase conversion kits.

    fuel alcohol producer permit

you should just convert them to run on anything from E1 to E100. Then, you can still fill up at any gas station, or use your high proof fuel when you have enough of it.

    Iodine Starch Conversion Test

Ever heard of a powdered iodine that works? the chemistry store I have access to does not have liquid iodine.

    yeast storage

How many hours ahead of time (prior to pitching) should I warm up the yeast to rouse it?

    yeast storage

I should put a tight cap on after it ferments? The tight cap won't kill the yeast? Will it do any harm to just let the wort sit in there without allowing fermentation?

    yeast storage

I've recently purchased about 10 liters of Hefeweizen yeast. I've used just enough for a 7 gallon batch so far and would like to store the rest for later batches. I've read some of the threads on yeast washing and yeast starters, but none of these seem to apply directly to my situation...

    co2 recovery??

Not what I know, but from what I've heard, the investment on recapturing, compressing, and storing co2 is pretty high. Something cool you could do for cheap is running a co2 line in to a greenhouse to improve your veggie production.
