Like everyone else said...batches smaller than 5 gallons are more trouble than they are worth.
You can always use 22oz. bottles...only takes 24!! I usually use the 22oz or the 16oz Grolsch bottles.
It came out pretty good. I did not add any Raspberry extract to the bottles because it already had a pretty good Raspberry aroma and flavor. SWMBO loves it!!!! :D
Welcome to the club!!! I just started brewing this year and I can't believe how great the beer I make tastes. I can't make enough...all my friends drink it as fast as I can bottle it! :D

I new to this as well but so far I have bottled and drank 3 batches with NO problems. I use Star-San as my sanitizer....don't like having to rinse everything. Star-San works great...just have to realize that the stuff foams and not worry about it. The foam doesn't hurt the taste of the beer...
The wife never complains about my brewing....if I dumped a bunch of dirty pots from brewing and expected her to clean them she would get pissed! Wouldn't really blame her. Anyway, she makes wine...I make the beer. All Good!! :D

That is alittle too warm. You can put the carboy/bucket in a cool place and put wet t-shirts on it and direct a fan to create cooling.
