FS PicoBrew Pico S & Brew Kegs - Unopened (Houston)

When I bought it there was only a Pico, no other versions. I can't tell you the differences but maybe the product manuals may help? https://picobrew.com/About/ProductResources/default

FS PicoBrew Pico S & Brew Kegs - Unopened (Houston)

Hello, I bought this kit back in 2016 then I went off to work in the Middle East and I couldn't take it with me. So I'm back and this has been sitting in my garage the whole time. All items are unopened. PicoBrew Pico S (the original) Plus an additional 2-pack of Brew Kegs I also have a few...

    Is my beer refermenting? (pic)

I racked it out of habit, I suppose. It's in a Big Mouth Bubbler, which has a lot of headroom to begin with. Probably not the best secondary fermenter. It's 6.5 gallons vessel and only 4.5 gallons of beer, but it smells ok. I did notice that my airlock was dry, too. Couldn't have been but a...

    Is my beer refermenting? (pic)

Hello all, I've been brewing for a couple years now. This morning I came across something new. This is from an extract kit called Front Porch Pale Ale. Two weeks in primary, then racked into a secondary where it's been sitting for a week. At first I thought maybe mold, but it kinda looks...

I like your idea of brewing a 4 gallon batch. :ban: I got my ingredients from Northern Brewer website. Here's my hops. NB's brand, I think. I think I"m going to give this a go. I'll report my results! :tank:

Make a recipe from my left over ingredients

Hello all, I have some ingredients laying around, but I am not sure how to make something out of them. I was hoping someone could recommend a recipe with what I have. 3 Lbs plain extra light DME (I know this isn't enough) 1 lb of Belgian Special B Malt 16 oz Briess Caramel 120L Malt...

    Feedback on my hydrometer reading

Thank you for the replies. I was equally concerned with the lack of airlock activity, especially as it sits next to a carboy full of wine and it's super active! But maybe I didn't have the Big Mouth sealed well. I'll let the beer sit another week then add then prime/bottle. Thanks again...

    Feedback on my hydrometer reading

A week ago I brewed up a kit of Flat Tire (Fat Tire clone) and all seemed well. I'm using a Big Mouth Bubbler, maybe my third time using it. But I didn't get much airlock activity. I did get a nice little krausen after a couple days so I decided to let it do its thing. I know the airlock...
