    If you have kids you can always throw a couple of bottles in the stroller at the first port. They rarely check or care... My wife wanted to kill me. I bought a case of scotch in the Caymens when the kids were little.

    You can always cook with "bad beers". I have only had 1 beer that I made that I did not want to drink. It was peanut butter stout. I hated it and was going to dump it all. My neighbor's wife loved it! It si all about personal taste.

    I used 3 of the smaller cans. I am 99% sure they are 15.9 oz. I roasted them for about 3 hours mixing every 20 -30 minutes. I was just looking for that caramelized sugar crystal texture to form. It was a GREAT flavor addition. Good luck with the brew.

    I have used canned pumpkin several times. The last 2 times I have roasted it on the oven for a couple of hours. I LOVE the flavor it adds to my pumpkin brown all that I never brewed this year...

    Show us your favorite bottle opener

    I don't have a picture but I keep a small state of florida opener on the dog's collar. I never have to look for it and when I'm hanging with the neighbors I never have to get up. It comes to me!

    Looking into cold brew coffee

    I have been room temp brewing for years. I use 1 pound of coffee per gallon of water. I generally mix a flavor or 2 of store bought coffee depending on my mood. I have always done 24 hours. I just switched my last batch to 12 hours. I am trying to get lower acid which is why I went to cold brew...

    Homemade Bread Thread

    I usually ferment on the counter for 4 hours, fridge for about 12 hours and then mix the rest ofd the flour and work a few times over the next 4 - 6 hours before baking. I will try all these options. Thanks for all the help.
