    Can I save this disaster

Thankyou thats good to know. Actually I splitt the batch and used two different yeasts. 1 seemed ok and the other went mental and blew out within a day added more yeast to see whether it restarted.

    Can I save this disaster

Hi guys. I've been out of the game a few months building my little brewery and man cave but last weekend I decided to do a cupboard clean out ready to start anew. This may cause you to giggle but made a stupid mistake. Now the brew was a real mishmash so won't go into details. But I had some dry...

    Getting complicated

Thanks for the replies fellas. as recommended I was planning on using zest orange or Satsuma and coco nibs if I can get them or just dark coco powder. The sugar was only to activate the yeast so ill change to white sugar. The hardest thing is the waiting :)

    Getting complicated

Hi fellas. Im pretty new to the brewing scene (Sweden) and i'm just about to brew my 4th. I'm aiming for a chocolate orange stout. Its scary how quick you get ideas and start to make things complicated. Ive done lots of reading about orange and chocolate additions and intend to rack to a...
