    Let's talk ipods...

I bought an iphone about a month ago. As for the music/video/wi-fi capabilities....I love it. Still a little torn on the AT&T-phone-messaging capabilities. My music library is over 80G now and I purchased the 8G iphone. Who the hell really needs to carry around 80G of music anyway?? Good...

What do do about a new pot?

My first choice would be my plasma cutter. Although I really do not have to much experience with it, I might make a mess. Some friends of mine use them like a hot knife through butter, clean and smooth!! I do remember seeing BobbyM video in which he made a jig for his grinder. Thought that...

What do do about a new pot?

As I brew today, I am sick of my old pot. I have been shopping around for a new SST pot. Currently I have been doing partial boils but have all equipement to do full boils/all grain but the pot. So looking around today, Target has a 44qt pot online for about 140.00 which includes tax and...

    Brew #... um.... six? seven?

I did the chiller first which really helped with my partial boils. The chiller will improve your beers and set you up for the next step. Now that I am at full boil/partial mash, I am always good to go!

    Major blowoff on my hefewiezen???

That is pretty normal for a hefe yeast. If you don't have a blow off tube then I guess you will just have to keep a close eye on it while it runs it's course. I generally will not use a starter for hefe's because the yeast is just mean!!

    Help avoiding **MASSIVE** beer explosions!

\ You have it right. I use a 6/5gal glass carboy with a blow off tube. Since I have been running with this setup, I have not had a mess.

    Job chat

I have to agree with all of you. I currently only have an associate degree (did not want to pay mony for bull **** classes). I have always had great jobs that pay very well. Most of what I have found in experience and how you present yourself. Of course you have to be in the right industry...

    Got my Ventmatics...questsion.

I have noticed this as well with my perlick faucetts. No big deal really. Mine were a little tough to open and close but after sanitizing and pouring, they are smoooooooth!! My only complaint with this type of faucett is that they seal only when the level is pushed way back. All you have to...
