Ive seen alot of different opinions on this and want to get everyones opinion on if you use or not use a secondary fermentation with your small 5 gallon home brews.
Please add why or why you dont use it and what you do if you do not use the secondary.
The makers say the OG should be OG: 1.054 - 1.058 (mine was 1.051)
The FG should be FG: 1.015- 1.019 (currently its at 1.020)
The final ABV should be ABV: 4.5% - 5.5% (Mine is at 4.07%) so thats a little low.

Hey homebrewers, I got a late start for brewing a gluten free ale by brewers best extract kit for my father. I wanted it to be finished for christmas but won't be ubless I bottle a week early.

okay so i took a Gravity Reading
My O.G. was 1.042 that was on Nov. 11th
today Nov. 16th the reading was 1.003
and i could see the kraeusen on the sides. so i think everything is :rockin:
