I've got ~2500ml of yeast in a gallon jug harvested from a 1.060 ale and I'm trying to guesstimate how many cells are in there. Mrmalty is somewhat helpful but the numbers vary greatly depending on harvest date, thick vs thin and non-yeast %.
Thinking I may go a little bigger next time...
i'm looking at upgrading my chiller and i've found that stainless IC chillers are cheaper then copper. So ok they probably don't chill as well as copper and the question becomes how much better is copper then stainless at chilling wort.

i created a new grain/malt call apple juice and set the dry yield fine grain to 100%. I enter the number of gallons where beersmith has pounds and the OG comes really close.
