    Where to ferment?

    My other thought was to grab one of these. It will keep the light out on its own, but I can cover it in blankets and such to try to insulate. Plus I feel like these would insulate better already vs glass...Any thoughts...

    I thought about building a closet within the closet...that way I could insulate it to some degree and still manage to keep light out.

    Ok, Been brewing with a buddy for a while, but I am going to blow some cash and buy my own equipment. The only problem is I have a tiny apartment with only 1 closet that is in constant use by me and my wife. Any suggestions on where to stick my fermenter? (Besides my bum!)
