    Mash with RIMMs

    To stir or not to stir? I prefer to leave the mash bed alone, try stirring it once at halftime if you must. Would like to hear some other opinions on using the mash paddle! Good luck brother :rockin:

    Buckeye, a lot of unknown factors here, however I would wait another day before you let the panic set in! I'm assuming this is a higher gravity wort, so a starter would've been in order.
