This is probably a stupid question, but how do you run this with a drill?

Any ideas how to do something similar to this? It's a saison fermented with B.Clausenii and tangello/tangerine juice and zest. I've never used juice before in a beer.

How did you go about preparing the Thai spices? Did you leave everything in during fermentation too?

Does anyone know if this will fit a 6 and 6.5 gallon glass carboy?

I was hoping to do something with something spiced and maybe a porter or a stout.

Any suggestions for a good beer kit that I can brew next weekend and have it ready for Christmas?
