thanks for the quick reply I was worried because temps are pretty hot here in Las Vegas...but my AC usually keeps the room I was going to use to condition at around 80 degrees.
I was wondering about conditioning...Do I need to keep the batch at the same fermentation temps when conditioning? I wont to ferment another batch but don't have room in my fermenter for two batches??
Just wanted say hey to everyone! I am new to brewing and have been studying up from this site and books. I am currently in Iraq with the Air Force and can't wait to get back to try out my first batch. I was thinking about starting off with Mr Beer but am up in the air on it. what do you guys...
