You've got this down! I went to Penny Black in rochester and loaded up on Texas tots, baked Mac N Cheese, Ribs, Pulled Pork and Two Hearted's. Damn was it good! Followed the next day with Pulled Pork Nacho's in Detroit!
If you are stil having this problem it may help to check out Craig on Craigtube. Has a kegging series where he shows how to quickly force carb a keg within 20 min. Check it out it may just help you out!

You should go for it! I am interested to see how that would turn out. I can see where the flavors may still be better if you mixed the stout and cider just before drinking but who's to say it cant be done sooner that would be awsome if it works out!

Great documentation! I too am going through the same steps you are with my first cider, or because I added honey I was told it is now called a "Ciser"?? Can anyone validate that?

Im competing in a Body Building competition in two weeks. For those of you who dont know, you have to diet for months for these things weighing out each gram and calculating each meal's macro nutrients. Not to mention the workouts!
