    high temp brewing is great if you start high but that big of temp change that fast can cause the yeast to DIE from shock

    is the airlock still poping at a regular pace? if so i would do nothing just don't cool down fast as this might shock the yeast.

    you might be able to cool back down and repitch new yeast. I have had luck with this with no adverse taste.

    Need to tap into the knowledge pool on keezer build.

    I brew in a frig in my garage. my thermostat for cooling i bought from local hardware store wired one side to turn on frig(cooling) other side to heat rock for reptile cage. this way when one is on the other is off. it takes some time for the heat rock to get temp up enough to turn frig back on...

    How did you find us?

    Was looking for some answers on my first all grain, and found HBT. L:mug:ooking forward to learning more about by new hobby.
