Sorry, thought it was a vendor switch not a rename.

Just curious about the move from WeMos to Lolin on the D1 Mini. Was it quality, pricing, functionality? Also, gotta say that one of the biggest changes I am looking forward to is the work being done by @alexlark on that display. I like shiny things!

With respect to new feature requests, I know glycol changes have come up in the past. In my case, I'm not glycol, just using an ssbrewtech ftss (coil in my brewbucket with recirculating ice water). I'm guessing any change made for glycol support would apply to my setup as well. PS. Thanks for...

On my mini D1 there is a reset button. Do you have something similar, or do you want to avoid having to open the enclosure?

No glycol here, just ice water and a pump. Still, a bigger footprint than you might want in your apartment. If there is any testing or assistance I can provide, don't hesitate to ask. I'm more than willing to help in any way I can. I am on the left coast though. :) Thanks a lot for all...

DOH! I guess I can repurpose the room temp to be a fridge sensor or add a third sensor. I'm just not sure what the fridge sensor will be measuring in this case. I guess it will have to be the chilled water but that isn't going to be able to be "adjusted" and will more or less be a static...

@Thorrak Thanks for the reply. I used your test script available via the firmware upload. That worked fine so I think on the wiring front all is good. I then reflashed the serial connect firmware. With respect to the bottom line, it always says "Idling for <time>". Beer Temp is on the...

I probably should have looked into this BEFORE I did my build, but... I have breadboarded the project out and have it all working. The test script does what it is supposed to do and the relays flip on and off. The Tilt integrates nicely. Now, I don't really have a fridge or a keezer. Most...

I don't doubt your site is correct. I was doing it from memory. (Never a smart thing to do for me). I went ahead and stopped being a lazy @$$ and did my Stretch Lite install again and got it talking on my network. Did the update/upgrade/config followed by the one liner install. Zero issues...

Native ESP8266 BrewPi Firmware - WiFi BrewPi, no Arduino needed!

I've been following this thread for quite a while and finally decided to get my feet wet. As the parts trickle in, I thought I would go ahead and install Fermentrack on the Pi Zero W. I started with the Stretch Lite package and eventually got it to recognize my network and was able to SSH into...

The topic came up before and I came across a youtube video of a guy that had done it. You might be able to contact him directly for details.

    Brewie

Thanks for taking the time to share the info. On the German site, I noticed a picture of the right side after the grains had been removed. There appears to be a lot of grain in there. Not having brewed all grain (yet!), is that considered normal? I would think that would clog the pumps and...
