    Which Brewery Name

The best I've come up with is "She Who Must Be Obeyed".

Got the kegerator, the keg and

This is my first experience with these things, but I started off with a quick full on and quick off. I believe it's getting cold enough. The last temp reading yesterday was 37, but with it at it's lowest setting I feel it's not working right. It should be colder. I'm going to take a trip...

Got the kegerator, the keg and

Not sure about the tube size. They say it's standard beverage size tubing though. I do believe the fridge is too warm. :( I have it set to coldest setting and it still reads above 40. Kind of odd because the pour spout is cold and has condensation on it and on the inside there's a little...

Got the kegerator, the keg and

Thanks guys. I think it may be a combo of the things mentioned here. I only let it set for about an hour or so before tapping it. The temp, I'm not sure of. I have digital thermometer that gave me a reading of 36 degrees earlier. Obviously the temp rose a bit while I had the door open, but...

Got the kegerator, the keg and

Lots of foam and flat beer... This is just a 1/4 keg of Budweiser. The kegerator book says 10 to 12 PSI. Other articles say 12 to 14. No matter what I set the regulator at I get nothing but foam and flat beer. What could be the problem?

Almost ready to jump back in

So just a standard run of the mill kegerator will do the job? When you say "that guinness style of delivery", you mean that thick head guinness has or just the way is poured? I guess this is where I'm getting lost or overthinking it.

Almost ready to jump back in

I'm just about to start on my 3rd batch after a couple of years away from it. This time I am going to skip the bottles and go straight to kegging, However, I may be setting myself up for disaster... Maybe. This batch will be a cream stout, but from what I've read stouts can't be dispensed...

    How did you find us?

I asked a beer related question on my own forums and a friend from there, sAvAgE, sent me the link to here.

    Used kegs

I see, thanks. :) I believe they were asking just under $50 for 2 kegs and $15 shipping. Not sure if that was for the 2 or each though.

    Used kegs

I was looking on ebay for some kegs. One listing I came across seemed to make it a point to say the kegs were absolutely never used for root beer. Is there something about root beer that will wreck the keg for other things such as beer?

    Bacon sandwiches cure a hangover???

I tell ya what doesn't work... "Chaser". That little pill you're supposed to take before during and after drinking. It's supposed to kill a hangover before it starts. Not only does it not work, but it makes the beer taste like ass. In fact I haven't been able to drink my favorite beer, at...

I like that double tap design. If I can I may just upgrade mine with one.
