Ok, call me stupid, but I am SURE I just read my "how to read a hydrometer" that came w/ my hydrometer and it said to read it at the HIGH point of the meniscus? NO?

Call even stupider but I'm pretty sure my meniscus high point is touching the hydrometer and low point in the outside.
