I love the red color. What was your grain bill? I am planning a red cream ale and could use a few pointers on how to get that beautiful color.

Sure. This was a 6.5 gallon batch. The grain bill was as follows.
15 lbs Golden Promise
1.25 lbs Munich (9.0 SRM)
1.25 lbs Vienna malt
.75 lbs crystal 60
.50 lb dextrine
2 oz of midnight wheat malt
65% efficiency
I'm going to be posting a couple more pictures today of another DIPA that turned our fantastic is a different shde of red. I post the grain bill with the picture. Let me know if you have other questions.
